Funded by Foundever.org with the support and guidance of Najet Tenoutit and in collaboration with Carerha, a platform dedicated to women's development and empowerment, "Freelance Mama" aims to revolutionize the job market for women across Egypt. The program is designed to equip 100 women with the essential skills needed to excel in today's digital economy. Through specialized tracks in graphic design, content creation, and virtual assistance/social media moderation, participants will receive top-notch training from our own trainers and SME's but also from Carerha's career coaches. Round 1 has kicked off on Monday, April 29th, in our new location, City Stars in Cairo, welcoming 36 women from Cairo and Alexandria who are eager to dive into the workforce for the first time.
